  1. You must be a member of Tennis4All to register for the Challenge Ladder.
    Membership runs from May 1, 2008 thru April 30, 2009 and costs $30.
    If you have not renewed your Tennis4All membership for 2008-09, click here.
  2. Fill out the fields below and click the "Continue" button.
  3. You will be taken a payment page where you can pay using Credit Card, PayPal, or Check
  4. Registration is $12
