How to register for the Tennis4All Challenge Ladders

1. You must be a member of Tennis4All to register for the Challenge Ladder.
   Membership runs thru April 30, 2011 and costs $25.
   If you have not renewed your Tennis4All membership for 2009-10, click here.
   
   
2. Fill out the fields below and click the "Continue" button.
3. Registration is $15; you will be taken a payment page with instructions on how to pay.
