Confidentiality

Members are required to maintain the confidentiality of other members' personal information that is made available through the roster (available online to members at www.tennis4all.org). The purpose of the roster is to enable members to contact other members for tennis matches. The information is for the exclusive use of Tennis4All members. If there is a complaint that any member has misused the roster, such member's access to the roster and membership may each be revoked.

Waiver and Release

By clicking on the Continue button, and in consideration for participation in Tennis4All, the undersigned participant hereby understands and expressly agrees that the purpose of Tennis4All and the dissemination of the roster is to foster healthy competition in the gay and lesbian community on and off the tennis court and understands that Tennis4All and its officers and directors have no liability for the misuse of the above information by other members. In addition, the undersigned participant hereby agrees to indemnify and to hold harmless Tennis4All and its officers and directors from and against all liability, damage, loss, claims, demands, and actions of any nature whatsoever, which arise or are claimed to arise out of, or are connected with such participant's participation in any activity sponsored or arranged by Tennis4All.
